One is Denizen Blu's AI chat app. You can ask questions, write and edit, search the web, work with your files and create images, all in one place. One runs in your web browser at one.denizenblu.com and as an app for your phone.

This page gets you from zero to your first answer in a few minutes.

• A Denizen Blu account. This is the same account you use for other Denizen Blu services.
• A Denizen Blu plan. Your plan gives your account a seat in One. If you don't have one yet, see the plans at denizenblu.com.
• A current web browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.

Sign in for the first timeCopy Anchor Link

1. Go to one.denizenblu.com.
2. One takes you to the Denizen Blu sign-in page. Enter the email address and password for your Denizen Blu account.
3. After you sign in, One opens on a new chat.

The first time you sign in, One sets up your account automatically. There is nothing else to register.

When One opens, you see a greeting with your name ("Welcome back, …") and a message box at the bottom of the screen.

1. Click the message box and type a question or request. For example: "Give me three ideas for a weekend project with my kids."
2. Press Enter, or click the send button.
3. One writes its answer. You can keep the conversation going by typing a follow-up.

New chats start on Auto, which picks a model for you. You can choose a specific model at any time; see Models.

Your chats are saved in the sidebar on the left so you can come back to them later. To start fresh, click New chat.

A few tipsCopy Anchor Link

• Be specific. Say who the answer is for, how long it should be, and what format you want (a list, an email, a table).
• Follow up. If an answer isn't quite right, tell One what to change. You don't need to start over.
• Try the Jury. For important questions, the Jury asks several models and compares their answers. See Jury.
• Pick your look. One starts in dark mode. You can switch to light mode in Settings; see Your account and settings.
