Your account and settings
Find the account menu, manage your Denizen Blu account and password, and change One's settings, including light and dark mode.
The account menu
Your account menu is at the bottom of the left sidebar. Click your name to open it.
At the top, the menu shows your name and email address. Below that you'll find:

On a phone-sized screen, open the sidebar first with the menu button at the top left.
Account and Reset password
One doesn't keep its own password for you. Your sign-in, name, email and plan belong to your Denizen Blu account, so you manage them on Denizen Blu's pages:
- Account opens your Denizen Blu account page. Use it to review your details and your plan.
- Reset password opens the Denizen Blu password reset page. Follow the steps there to choose a new password. You'll use the new password the next time you sign in to One or any other Denizen Blu service.
Both links open in a new browser tab, so One stays open where you left it.
Your profile
One takes your name and email address from your Denizen Blu account when you sign in. If they're wrong, change them on your Denizen Blu account page, then sign out of One and sign in again.
You can set a profile picture in One:
- Open the account menu and click Settings.
- Choose the Account tab.
- Next to Avatar, upload an image.
Settings
Open the account menu and click Settings. Settings are arranged in tabs:

| Chat | How the message box behaves (for example, whether Enter sends your message), how messages are shown, and chat defaults such as Temporary Chat by default. |

| Data & Privacy | Memory, shared links, importing conversations, and deleting your chats. See Privacy and your data. |
| Account | Your avatar, and other account options when they're available. |
| About | Information about this version of One. |
Some options appear only when they apply to your account, so you may not see every option listed here.
Theme
One starts in dark mode. To change it:
- Open the account menu and click Settings.
- On the General tab, find Theme.
- Choose Light, Dark or System. System follows your computer or phone's own light or dark setting.
Your theme is saved in the browser you're using. If you use One on another computer or browser, set it there too.
Language
On the General tab, choose a Language to change the language of One's menus and buttons. This doesn't limit which language you can chat in: you can write to One in any language.
