The One mobile app
Get One on your Android phone or iPhone, sign in with your Denizen Blu account, and learn how the app differs from the web.
One is available as an app for your phone, so you can pick up your conversations wherever you are. The app uses the same Denizen Blu account, the same plan and the same conversations as One on the web.
Get the app
Android
Install One by Denizen Blu from Google Play, where available.
iPhone and iPad
The iPhone and iPad app is on its way.
Use One in your phone's browser
You can always use One in your phone's web browser at one.denizenblu.com. It works the same as on a computer.
- Open the One app.
- Tap Sign in.
- The Denizen Blu sign-in page opens. Enter your Denizen Blu email address and password.
- You return to the app, ready to chat.
The app connects to One automatically. You don't need to enter a server address.
If you see Sign-in failed. Please try again., check your connection and try again. If you see No Denizen Blu seat assigned, see What "no seat" means.
Staying signed in
The app follows the same rules as the web: you stay signed in while you use it, and you're signed out when your Denizen Blu sign-in ends, for example after a long time without using it, or after you sign out of Denizen Blu. Your conversations are kept either way. See Staying signed in.
Sign out
Open Settings in the app and tap Sign out.
Your account in the app
In the app's Settings, under Account, the Security section has:
- Account: Manage your Denizen Blu account. Opens your Denizen Blu account page.
- Reset password: Change your password. Opens the Denizen Blu password reset page.
These are the same pages as Account and Reset password in the web account menu. See Your account and settings.
How the app differs from the web
Most of One works the same in the app: chats, models, the Jury, web search, files, images, voice and memory. A few things look or work a little differently:
- Greeting. The app greets you by time of day ("Good morning") instead of by name.
- Voice. The app can read answers aloud and take dictation using One's voices and transcription, like the web. You can switch dictation to your phone's own speech recognizer in the app's settings. See Voice.
- Theme. The app starts in dark mode, like the web. Your theme choice in the app is separate from your choice on the web.
- Fair-use notices. The app shows the same fair-use notices as the web. See Plans and fair use.
Problems with the app
- The app shows a sign-in error right after you signed in on the web. The app and the web have separate sign-ins. Sign in in the app as well.
- You're signed out more often than expected. See Signed out unexpectedly.
- Anything else: see Troubleshooting, or contact support and mention that you're using the app, your phone model and the App version shown in the app's Settings.
