Use One in your phone's browserCopy Anchor Link

You can always use One in your phone's web browser at one.denizenblu.com. It works the same as on a computer.

To open One from your home screen like an app:

• iPhone or iPad (Safari): tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
• Android (Chrome): open the menu (⋮), then tap Install app or Add to Home screen.

Sign inCopy Anchor Link

1. Open the One app.
2. The Denizen Blu sign-in page opens on its own. Enter your Denizen Blu email address and password. (If you come back to the app's first screen instead, tap Customer Login.)
3. You return to the app, ready to chat.

The app connects to One automatically. You don't need to enter a server address. If the app can't connect, it shows the error and a Connect button to try again. See The app can't connect to One.

If you see Sign-in failed. Please try again., check your connection and try again. If you see No Denizen Blu seat assigned, see What "no seat" means.

Staying signed inCopy Anchor Link

The app follows the same rules as the web: you stay signed in while you use it, and you're signed out when your Denizen Blu sign-in ends, for example after a long time without using it, or after you sign out of Denizen Blu. Your conversations are kept either way. See Staying signed in.

Sign outCopy Anchor Link

Open the side menu, tap Settings, go to the Account tab, and tap Sign out. Confirm when the app asks "Are you sure you want to sign out?"

In the app's Settings, under Account, the Security section has:

• Account: Manage your Denizen Blu account. Opens your Denizen Blu account page.
• Reset password: Change your password. Opens the Denizen Blu password reset page.

These are the same pages as Account and Reset password in the web account menu. See Your account and settings.
