Sign in to the app
Sign in to One for desktop with your Denizen Blu account, how long you stay signed in, and how to sign out.
- Open One.
- The Denizen Blu sign-in page opens inside the app's window. While it's showing, the title bar reads One — Sign in at csso.denizenblu.com, so you can tell it's Denizen Blu's page.
- Enter your Denizen Blu email address and password, and sign in.
- One opens with your conversations.
If you forget your password, select Forgot Password? on the sign-in page.
The app keeps its own sign-in, separate from your web browser's. Signing in or out of One in your browser doesn't sign you in or out of the app, and the other way around.
Staying signed in
The app follows the same rules as One on the web: you stay signed in while you use it, including after you quit and reopen it, until your Denizen Blu sign-in ends. See Staying signed in.
Sign out
Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar and choose Log out, as on the web. You return to the sign-in page. Your conversations are kept with your account.
